Telesales/Appointment Setter B2B

Counterpoint is looking for exceptional B2B Telemarketers to join a small but hugely successful company that is preparing to undergo a significant period of growth. The Role:
• The candidate will be making outbound calls Business 2 Business and building new business relationships with potential customers.
• You will be required to complete outbound calling to specific industry sectors including FMCG markets and financial institutions therefore an excellent telephone manner is required.
• Experience of closing appointments in the B2B market is desirable.
• You will need to sell opportunities confidently, using the features and benefits of an endless range of products.
• The role will require you to give feedback to clients and managers. You will also be required to manage your own database to identify/schedule/generate appointments from.
• You must have the ability to maximize from all e-shot campaigns

The Candidate:
• Proven B2B sales skills, self-motivated, tenacious, target/sales driven and professional.
• The candidate needs a creative flair, keen eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are a must as well as having a good knowledge of all MS applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• The personality we are looking for is someone with a warm friendly manner that is upbeat and positive that can show resilience and determination and can make decisions under pressure.
